Who we are

LunaLogic LLC ("LunaLogic", "we") builds and runs automations and software tools for businesses at lunalogic.dev and its subdomains. These terms apply to every tool you use with a LunaLogic account. By creating an account or using a tool you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

Free trial

Each tool comes with a free 7-day trial. No card is needed to start it. If you haven't added a payment method by the end of the trial, the trial ends and you're not charged; you can subscribe later to pick up where you left off.

Subscriptions and billing

After the trial, a tool is billed monthly in advance at the price shown before you subscribe. Hosting, maintenance and fixes are included. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices can change; we'll tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to you.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard (Your tools → Manage billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.

If a payment fails, we'll retry it and let you know. A tool may stop working if a payment remains unpaid.

Your account and your data

You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since we sign you in through it, and for everything done with your account.

You keep all rights to the data you put into or connect to a tool. You give us permission to process it only to run, maintain and support the tool for you. When you connect another service (for example with a sign-in button or an API key), you confirm you're allowed to, and you can disconnect it at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use a tool to break the law, to send spam, to infringe anyone's rights, to process data you aren't allowed to process, or to try to access other customers' data or our systems beyond what the tool offers you.

Our tools aren't designed for health records, payment card numbers or other specially regulated data unless we've agreed to that in writing.

The tools

Our tools are built quickly around the problem you describe and improved over time. We work to keep them running and correct, and we fix problems you report, but they're provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Check important results (for example figures sent to clients or filed with an authority) before relying on them.

Some tools use artificial intelligence to read, sort or draft content. AI output can be wrong; a tool will tell you where it's used.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, LunaLogic isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the tool in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the service

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. We may retire a tool with at least 30 days' notice; you won't be charged after it's retired, and you can ask for an export of your data before then.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
