What this covers

This policy explains how LunaLogic LLC ("we") handles personal information on lunalogic.dev, in the tools we build and run on its subdomains, and in the emails we send.

What we collect

Account details: your email address, and your name and company if you give them.

Billing details: handled by Stripe. We see the status of your subscription and the last four digits of your card, never the full card number.

Data in your tools: whatever you put into a tool or connect to it (for example records from another app you sign in to). We use it only to run the tool for you.

Support conversations: messages you send us through a tool's help chat or by email.

Usage: basic logs (pages visited, errors, IP address) that keep the service secure and working.

Business contact details: we find businesses we think we can help through public sources (such as their website or a professional directory) and may email them about our service. We record only business information, with where we found it. You can ask us to stop at any time; every email has an unsubscribe link.

How we use it

To provide, support and improve your tools; to bill you; to send you emails about your account and the tools (for example setup help and when a trial ends); and to keep the service secure. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use data in your tools to advertise to you.

Artificial intelligence

Parts of our service, including our support assistant and some tools, use AI models from Anthropic to read and draft text. Data sent to these models is used only to produce a response for you and isn't used to train them.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of our service for us, under contracts that protect your data: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and Anthropic (AI). And the services you connect to a tool yourself. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Keeping it safe and how long

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, each tool keeps its data separate from every other tool's, and access is limited to what's needed to run and support the service. We keep your data while your account is active, and delete a tool's data within 90 days after you stop using it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to stop receiving marketing email, by writing to info@lunalogic.dev. We'll answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have further rights, which we'll honor.
